RATES: Rates are per person as Hard Rock Resort Los Cabos is Limitless-Inclusive (what's Limitless Inclusive? Find out more on our About the Resort page.) They are based on the number of nights in your stay and the number of persons occupying the room. Pricing includes all meals, drinks, entertainment, golf, tours, spa treatments and more!  Airport shuttles and all taxes and fees are included in the pricing as well.

FLIGHTS: Airfare is not included in the pricing. The easiest thing to do is book your flights with Escape With Us Vacations as oftentimes you can get a break on the flight cost when booking as a package. If you do book your own flights, please forward your itinerary to Theresa or Marissa so she can coordinate your airport transfers to and from the resort.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESORT: Shared transfers with up to 3 stops are included in the room block. Upgrades to nonstop transfers are available.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is optional as well but highly recommended. It gives you peace of mind before and during travel by protecting your vacation investment from the unexpected. Theresa can go over the costs and benefits with you as they are related to your individual trip reservation.

DEPOSIT: A $50 per person deposit is required to book your room. Additional deposits may be required if your reservation includes air and/or travel insurance. Flexible payment plans are available. The final balance is not due until July 8, 2020. In order to take advantage of the discounted rates, please aim to make your reservation by February 1, 2020.

Reserve Your Room

Reserve your room by clicking on the link above and filling out the form in its entirety (fields marked with * are required).  Once the form is sent to us, a confirmation/invoice will be sent within 24-48 hours if submitted Monday-Friday.  A deposit of $50 per person is required to book and additional payments can be made anytime. The final payment will be due approx 90 days prior to departure.  A few things to have handy in order to complete the form:

• One form per room. 
• Full names as listed on passport and dates of birth of everyone in the room.  Sharing a room? Fill out just one form.
• 1 King bed or 2 Queen Beds.
• Travel dates for that room.

You do not need to enter payment now.  Once we receive the form we will send you a confirmation/invoice for you to verify info and agree to the quote.
